Wildsino Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and Wildsino governing your use of the platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. The agreement covers account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, fair play rules, dispute resolution and the limitations of liability that apply to both sides. We may update these terms from time to time and we will notify registered players of any material changes via email.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use the platform. If you have already registered and no longer agree with an updated version of the terms, you can close your account at any time through the Close Account page.

Your account

Account eligibility and registration

You must be 20 years of age or older to register and use Wildsino. You must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where online casino play is permitted. You must register only one account and use accurate, current personal information during registration. Multiple accounts under the same person, household or device are not permitted and may result in suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balances. Account verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at other times for compliance reasons.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Wildsino is not liable for losses resulting from a compromised account where the breach was caused by your own failure to protect your password. We strongly recommend enabling two factor authentication and using a unique, strong password.

Money

Deposits, withdrawals and balances

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through verified payment methods in your own name. Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request, subject to verification, and arrive in your account in line with the processing time of your chosen method. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional information.

Balances do not earn interest. Inactive accounts (no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager for 12 months) may be charged a small inactivity fee in line with industry practice and the gaming licence requirements.

Bonuses

Bonus terms

Bonus offers are subject to specific terms displayed on the offer card before opt in. General rules include a wagering requirement before withdrawal, a maximum bet cap during wagering, eligible game restrictions, a time limit to clear the wagering and a maximum cash out from no deposit and free spin offers. Attempting to game the bonus system, betting both sides of a game to lock in a profit or coordinating with other players will void any active bonus and may result in account suspension.

Bet cap

While wagering is active, the maximum allowed bet per spin or hand is NZ$5. Exceeding this cap may void your bonus.

Fair play

Fair play and prohibited conduct

Players are expected to act in good faith. Use of bots, scripts, exploit software or any automation of game play is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances. Collusion between players, chip dumping, multi-accounting and any attempt to defraud the casino or other players is also prohibited. Wildsino reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, freeze affected accounts during investigation and withhold winnings linked to confirmed misconduct.

Disputes

Disputes and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, the first step is to contact customer support, who will work with you to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, you can escalate it to our complaints team for formal review. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, the casino's gaming licence provides access to an independent dispute resolution body whose decisions are binding on the casino.

These terms are governed by the law of the casino's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this agreement limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of New Zealand that cannot be excluded by contract.
